A colourful, irregular, pentagonal-shaped hanging pennant. On the first side, against a grey background, there is a brown-toned metal plate with the outlines of a building. Surrounding it is an inscription in blue letters, in Lithuanian: “Panevėžys Secondary School No. 2.” White and blue decorative stripes run along the edges.On the second side, against a white background, there is a profile portrait of Salomėja Nėris, facing left. A singing bird is also depicted. In the upper right corner, in red letters on a white background, there is an inscription in Lithuanian: “Aš juk lieku visuomet su jumis” (S. Nėris). A tassel is attached at the bottom.The pennant was woven at the Kaunas “Dailė” Combine in 1980. Artist: K. Indėlius.
