The knees are beaten to the left above each other, they support their left arm on their left thigh, the right arm lying loosely underneath. The left forearm is raised, the chin rests in the fingers of the left hand. The head holds her slightly tilted to the right, she looks seriously and thoughtfully into the camera. Lips are closed. She has a round face with soft features and a narrow mouth. Dr. Köhler wears a white, long-sleeved, closed-up blouse with small collar and small white buttons. On the sleeves with cufflinks. In addition, a dark long skirt that covers the knees. The dark, short hair is smooth upwards and combed backwards on the sides. The round forehead is free.
