Black and white photography, shot inside, photo studio, March 1948 Double portrait, shoulder and half figure, sitting, half profile on the right - A young couple, about the middle to the end of 20 years old, he is in uniform, sitting close to each other in front of the camera. The young woman sits on the right and leans against the man, who sits behind her on the left, about a head length and a little forward. Both look to the top left, to the same point. The man looks friendly. The woman smiles, her red lips are open and show a row of white teeth. The man wears a dark uniform, a bright shirt with white collar can be seen in the neck opening and a black slips. Above his left chest pocket there are two band buckles (center ribbons) on top of each other, two stripes can be seen on the upper arm. The woman wears a dark, knitted sweater, broken pattern, with small, tightly fitting neckline. There is a small, blunt chain of limbs around the neck; there is a small, decorated pin across the chest. He wears the dark, short hair combed smoothly backwards, so the high forehead is free. She wears the bright curly hair half long. They are from the forehead, and are highly combed from the sides. The two form a pretty contrast, it with a long narrow head, dark hair and small mustache, they with round, soft face and bright curls. A bright wall can be seen in the background. Ch. K.
