Black and white portrait Wedding Couple, Berlin 1947 Sitting a knee piece, three-quarter profile to the right - the wedding photo shows the groom in uniform, the bride in a white wedding dress, both very young. They sit in a row. The groom sits on the left in the picture, face and upper body facing to the right and looking there. The bride sits on the right in the picture, slightly below her husband and looks out of the picture to the right. He smiles with his lips open. His left hand includes his wife’s left elbow. He has shaved short dark hair, with pomade to the back, in the neck. He is dressed with a uniform of the Royal Artillery. The badge is placed on his left sleeve, also a large “Y.” On his left chest pocket there is a small flower stain. A multicolored stripe is placed above the chest pocket, so called center ribbons. Under the uniform jacket he wears a shirt of medium dark color and a necktie to match it. The bride sits in front of her husband and smiles with his lips closed and his mouth angles pulled up. She has a young pretty face and half-length blond curly hair. On the head is a veil with ruffles. Her wedding dress is made of white adjoining fabric and tulle tip. The sleeves and the area of the scolled are covered only by the tip of the tulle. She wears a longer chain with a pendant. In her right hand, she holds a bouquet of flowers lying on her lap.
