The picture shows the wall church with a peat tree, dedicated to “St. Nicholas,” founded by the sluger Mircea Mihăescu in 1778, redone by Barbu Pleşianu and the postelnic Ionprezintă prezintă prezintă prezintă prezintă prezintă in 1814. In 1824 the porch and bell tower are added to it. The painting dates from 1824 and was made by the zugravii Constandin, Ioan, Ilie, Ioan and Gheorghe, formed at the “school” from Teiș. The church is listed on the list of historical monuments under code VL-II-m-B-09834.02. In the cemetery surrounding it we distinguish old wooden crosses, protected by acopuses worked from two carved shingles, joined at right angles, along with crosses carved in stone. Both wooden and stone crosses show traces of polychrome painting.
