The artist erased a portrait of the Nuremberg patrician Sebald Starck (d. 1465). The breast image of the man with a hat is presented in an octagonal framing. His gaze is thoughtfully sweeping into the distance. Below, the Starck family’s coat of arms shield, which shows a man with two hoes on a Dreiberg, leads over to the inscription field. There the name procession identifies the depicted.
