Declared as “After A. Dürer,” the little previously founded Hamburg stone printing company Speckter & Herterich spread a portrait of Christ that Bendixen had lithographed. The background was a painting from the collection of the Hamburg painter Jes Bundsen (1766-1829). Heller took as a reader of the morning leaf for educated stands (cf. JH.Eph.q.19 (1 of the Bamberg State Library) notes that the painting was not fundamentally located in the New Year’s Day of the Nuremberg Master. (See also Heller Dürer 1827 II.175) Nevertheless, he integrated lithography under the heading “After Dürer 's Paintings and Drawings” into his publication Dürer, published in 1827. (Cf.
