Philippine Trescher, geb. Traub, trägt ein hochgeschlossenes lilafarbenes Kleid mit weißem Spitzenkragen, an dem ein goldenes Medaillon mit figürlicher Darstellung angesteckt ist. Ihre Unterarme sind in ein feines Indienne-Tuch gehüllt. Die Porträts des Freiburger Ehepaares Trescher schuf Georg Balder 1866 in Freiburg.
