Wind-Blown Debris--Huge pile of splintered debris is all that's left of a building at Legaspi airport on southern Luzon, the result of a devastating typhoon swept over the region last week. Nearly 450 persons were killed, 460 are reported missing and hundreds of thousands were left homeless. And last night, the people of Central Philippines faced another blow, believed to be even worse than previous storm.
