William Cheterbok, 22, a draftsman, was charged with murder and his wife, Janice, 22, was in police custody following the death late yesterday of their 4-year-old foster son, Gregory Lennon. Hospital authorities, where the boy was taken when he became ill, said his death appeared to be the result of beatings.
