Waterville, Me. - Motorists Battle Through Snow - Motorist plowed though the snow in downtown Waterville Sunday night after 14 inches of wind-driven light snow clogged streets and pushed snow removal crews to the light. Streets and highways were kept open, but Bangor, 57 miles to the northeast, was brought to a virtual standstill by a 31 inch fall.
