The east side of Waterloo Place. reversed, with the United Service Club on the left, and Carlton House Terrace in the distance beyond. The buildings continued to the end; with lines in the street. A taxi-cab has bean inserted in front of the building which had a high arched window, in shadow, on the first floor of its end wall.
