LaGorce of 1264 Grafton St., Worcester, ran out of gas, so just sat back and took it easy, Worcester -- like many communities along the East Coast -- 50 miles from the ocean, was hit by the maritime strike. Serval gas stations closed down because of picketing in Providence and in Boston.
