Wife of Navy Secretary to Christen New Supersubmarine. Mrs. Charles Francis Adams, wife of the Secretary of the Navy has been chosen to christen the Navy’s new supersubmarine the V-5, which will take the ways on Dec. 17, at Portsmouth.
