Ambulance attendants frank martin, At left, and ted Cadwallader assist Mrs. Margaret martin-Elli, 41, from her home after her husband, Edward, 46, Was shot while he lay in bed. The shooting is said to Have followed long quarrel over his faithfulness. Mrs. Martinelli, who had been under a physician's care for a Nervous condition, was taken to San Mateo community Hospital in a state of shock after police arrived. Three Young nephews, who were asleep at the time, slept right Through the tragedy. One of the youngsters was still Sound asleep in his crib next to the bed of the slain Man when the body was removed.
