Water Everywhere -- Downtown Marietta was under water Wednesday as the surging Ohio River overflowed its banks. Communities in 22 Ohio counties were similarly affected by the muddy waters. The river was expected to crest at Cincinnati this morning. Officials say damage from the flood will run in the millions of dollars. At least seven deaths in Ohio were attributed to the flood.
