Water Aplenty but Fire Rages - Three Summer homes along the Atlantic coast south of Ocean City, N.J., burn today although they and scores of other homes are completely surrounded by water today after the storm that lashed the East coast sent tides to high levels. Debris floats on the waters between the rows of houses.
