"Casa Blanca" (White House) residence of Juan Ponce de León, first governor of Puerto Rico The structure was originally built in 1523 and used as a fortress and arsenal until 1531 when it was first occupied by Juan Ponce de Leon, first Governor or Puerto Rico.
