Mrs. Eleanor Deveny, 25-year-old mother of two children, and husband, Corp. John Deveny, sit together in courtroom and hear judge set December 18th as date of Mrs. Deveny's trial on charges of contributing to the delinquency of minor. In another part of court sat Ellsworth "Sonny" Wisecarver, 16, who studiously avoided the constant stare of Mrs. Deveny. "Sonny" is now in custody of juvenile authorities as result of his week-long romantic escapade to northern California with Mrs. Deveny. Corp. Deveny has announced that he will stand by wife despite revelations.
