Washington: Farm worker organizer Rudolfo Juarez, testifying 7/21 before the senate subcommittee on migratory labor, told a tale of the migrant worker's poverty and squalor. When asked by Sen. Walter F. Mondale, D-Minn., chairman, whether things had not gotten "substantially better" over the years, his answer was "no- the whole society is against the migrant worker."
