Floodwater Hides Falls--The Oregon City Falls (at left center) are nearly obliterated from view by raging floodwaters of the swollen, rising Willamette River. The Crown Zellerbach paper mill in the background was closed by the flood. Water reached the top of tis third-floor windows. The Publishers Paper Co. plant in the foreground also was flooded and closed.
