Washington: At least two Vietnam War protestors were dragged away by police 6/17 from near the Supreme Court Building where about a dozen draft cards were burned during a rainstorm. Miss Suzanne Williams, 19, one of the demonstrators, identified the man being arrested here as Frank Femia, of Voluntown, Conn. She said she and Femia on June 4 poured 2 quarts of black paint on draft card at the Customs House in Boston. She said she believed "the FBI took Frank off."
