Dr. Mary Foldvary, 62, leaves Morrisania Hospital here today, still bearing marks of whipping which police say was admitted by her son. The son, Tibor, 29, remained in the psychiatric division of Bellevue Hospital. He told police Dr. Foldvary tried to poison him. The Foldvary's are Hungarian refugees. The mother is accused by U.S. Government of hoarding gold and now the Immigration Service is investigating their tangled affairs.
