Washington -- Wait To Load -- Two ambulances and their drivers wait on the flight ramp at nearby Andrews Air Force Base before being loaded aboard planes today as an Army field hospital unit is moved out to Cile to the aid of earthquake and tidal wave victims. The unit was one of two being sent to the aid of the South American country in a massive mercy mission airlifted from east coast points.
