Washington -- Notice -- Wave Lt. Erma H. Nash of Toledo, O., today displays notices which will be posted at soft coal mines under government control. The posters, signed by J. A. Krug, interior secretary, appeal to miners "to honor their contract and to mine the coal which the nation needs." Lt. Nash is a member of the staff of Capt. N. H. Collision, administrator of the seized mines.
