Westminster Bridge

Unfinished. The south end of the bridge is seen; near it are steps mounting from the water to an old-fashioned house. To the right, adjoining the steps, a white warehouse of five storeys rises sheer from the river. Only one arch of the bridge is indicated, and the buildings above it end abruptly 3 1/2 in. from the left side of the plate.
