Former Roman Catholic Priest, Walter Ryan, 57, named in a $2.3million lawsuit against the Catholic Church, was quoted by the S.F. Examiner 3/9 as saying the Church was not to blame for his disappearance. His blond wife, Alice, filed suit in NY 3/6 charging that the Church broke up her marriage in 1955 "with force and by means and aid of intoxicating beverages and liquors". Ryan claims he left home on his own accord.
