Snow-Bound British Bus Passengers Rescued - Passengers aboard a bus, snow-bound for 16 hours, wait within as rescue workers finally break through and approach the vehicle on road between Portsmouth and Petersfield, Hampshire, England, Monday. Thirty-nine persons were aboard the bus for the time they were stranded. The southern portion of England braced today for another blizzard to add to snows, the worst in 82 years, that have already fallen this winter.
