Victims of the Sea--One home has toppled into the sea and another is on the verge of falling from an ocean-eroded bluff at Westhampton Beach on the south shore of Long Island during slack in tide yesterday. Raging surf which has battered the Atlantic coast for two days slackened off into relative calm today as season's worst storm moved out to sea.
