Joan Wilson, 18, midtown New York City resident, was slain by sniper's bullet as she talked early today in parking lot in the Times Square area with her sister and a woman friend. She had earlier attended the high school graduation of her sister. Police said shot could have come from roof of one-story wing or any of five windows on each of 20 upper stories of the Holland Hotel on 42nd Street between Eighth and Ninth Avenues.
