The Rev. Donald Legg, 35, vicar of St. Alphage at Seasalter, England, is shown with his blouse, slacks-wearing wife and their two children, Amanda, 3, and baby Jonathan in garden of their home yesterday. The Church of England Minister today defended the right of his 35-year-old wife to wear slacks in public. A number of parishioners had complained of her appearance at a recent church bazaar in a pair of fairly tight-fitting green slacks.
