Wallace Baker, one of the Harlem Four, leaves the Manhattan House of Detention Friday, with unidentified acquaintances after he and the other three defendants were released on $5,000 bail each. They had spent eight years behind bars on murder charges. The four were jailed since the slaying on April 29, 1964, of Mrs. Magrit Sugar in a Harlem clothing store during what the state contends was an attempted robbery.
