His Chances Are Better -- Chances that this baby will live to an age when he could be President are vastly better than ever before in history -- thanks to modern science, hard-working doctors and nurses, modern nutrition and "wonder" drugs. He is entering the world surrounded by precautions against infection that were undreamed of even ten years ago. This special care started before birth.
