Waiting For A Rain. H.A. Schneider stands by the fence on his farm near Boise City, Okla., watching the sky as he awaits a rain which will give him a crop this year, if it comes. And he needs a crop since he has not had one since the drought of 1932. He believes there may be oil on his land. A test well was put down 10 years ago and he said he has been unable to find out whether oil was struck or not. The family garden, chickens and a cow provide him and his wife with the principle items of their living.
