Maine state police trooper Francis Powers questions Philip Holland, caretaker of "Shiloh", hilltop temple at Durham, me., of a religious sect, "the kingdom, inc.", where a double slaying occurred late yesterday (Feb. 19). Holland, son-in-law of Frank w. Sandford who built Shiloh on orders of a "divine voice" nearly 50 years ago, escaped injury in the pistol duel between Irene Laprise, about 30, of Brunswick, me., and dr. Charles Reeder, 39-year-old Durham, me., osteopath, which ended with both men dead and two sect members injured.
