A room poor and neat; the dead person, a crucifix on her breast, is in a bed of old style, with a canopy and serge curtains, watched by three women in prayer; a round table at the head of the bed. Before the horizontal strokes between the joists of the ceiling, the cross-hatching on the floor and the lighted candle on the table.
