Eighty-seven-year-old Mrs. Marie McComb of Reading displays high school equivalency certificate she received from John S. Sullivan, chairman of Massachusetts Board of Education. According to department records, Mrs. McComb is the oldest person ever to earn the high school equivalency certificate in Massachusetts.
