Valparaiso, Chile: A partially demolished house here reflects the damage central Chile suffered 3/28 when an earthquake struck. In Valparaiso, Chile's largest port, four persons are known dead. The army has established a curfew at 7 P.M. to prevent looting of damaged stores and homes.
