Washington police identified the nude body of a woman who had been strangled and left in an alley, as that of Shirley Ann Cary, 32, above, a State Department secretary. The body was found in the northwest section of the city early today. Miss Cary was a native of Wakefield, Mass., and had been living in Arlington, Va.
