The clothesline-bound body of Rita Robinson, 23, of Philadelphia, missing since Sunday, was found in an auto agency office today. The body of the young woman, a Philadelphia Transportation Co. cashier and daughter of a former union leader, was found encased in a transparent plastic bag. Police said the death was unquestionably a murder.
