Voting to Start Anew -- Villagers from Afognak, one of several Kodiak fishing communities wiped out by tidal waves that followed the terrible March 27 Alaska earthquake, vote to rebuild at a nearby place called Settler Cove -- away from the threat of tides and seismic waves. These plucky Alaskans, like many others who lost everything in the disaster, now are living in Anchorage Red Cross shelters. But with aid from public and private agencies, they're getting ready to ga back and start all over again.
