Wins divorce from smothers brother

Santa Monica, Cal. -- Linda Ann Smothers enters court in Santa Monica, Calif., today to seek a divorce from comedian Dick Smothers. She was granted it after three minutes of testimony in which she said Smothers told her it was none of her business when she asked where he'd been until 5 or 6 in the morning.
