Slain baby sitter

Police have broadcast a general alarm for a farm hand in connection with the slaying of pretty ruby Ann Payne (above), 15, who was shot to death while baby sitting in a ranch house near Yorba Linda. the man sought is 18-year-old William f. Rupp, who is alleged to have been seen at the ranch house with a rifle at the time the girl was shot.
