Austin J. Hogan, 23, (above) of Nashua, N.H., was shot and killed today (March 11) in Hillsboro, N.H., in what County Atty. Conrad Danais said was a "peeping Tom". Danais said he will bring a manslaughter charge against Reginald Gerbert, 35-year-old Hillsboro woodchopper. Danais quoted Gerbert as saying he grabbed a rifle and shot Hogan after his wife discovered the man staring through a window while she was taking a sponge bath.
