Same composition as the preceding number (catalogue raisonné number 138), but reduced in size and etched in counter-part, signed at right "A. Legros." Episode of the legend of "Bonhomme Misère." The thief has climbed up a ladder into a tree laden with fruit, and hung his basket on a branch; the "Bonhomme Misère," waving his crutch summons him in the presence of two witnessess.
