Sixty-nine-year-old Peter J. Vatern smiles as he gets his first clean water in several days here 8/19 from a newly found well. The City of Pass Christian once was behind him on the same level as stores still standing. Hurricane Camille demolished this town and claimed several lives in the downtown section.
