Youth Will Serve in Opening Game-- Frank (Spec) Shea, 24-year-old rookie righthander (left), was nominated tonight by manager Bucky Harris of the Yankees as the American League champions' starting pitcher in the opening game of the world series here Tuesday at Yankee Stadium. Ralph Branca (right), 21-year-old Dodger righthander is the likely choice for the National League champions and the two will probably be the youngest opening day hurlers in world series history.
