Waterbury, Conn.,--Two of 12 children who claimed at a protest meeting they were sprayed with the chemical Mace by Waterbury police Tuesday are shown with one of the mothers complaining. Left to right are Mrs. Mary Hill, her daughter, Janet, 12, and Shirley Woodbury, 9. A warrant for the arrest of the police is to be sought by the parents Wednesday, they said.
