Elizabeth Nassar, 18, of Miami, Fla., with electrical device she built during five month electrical assembly course at the Poland Spring, Me., Women's Job Corps Center. On completion of the course, she took a job with IBM in Owego, N. Y., where she'll use her knowledge of six languages and electronics to become an instructor.
