U.S. Draft Dodger Stephen Wohl, still interested in news from his home country, relaxes with a copy of a New York paper in his Montreal home. Wohl came to Canada in September 1966 from the University of Massachusetts, narrowly escaping the F.B.I. Wohl is now at McGill University doing his Doctorate in Engineering and assisting his fellow countrymen, who refuse to fight in Vietnam, to settle here.
